This building is predominately used by the Leicester city council, but the third floor of the building is used by the Identity & passport service (IPS), since the government introduced a interview system for new British passport applicants, this is one of the offices used for that purposes.

by the way that woman with blonde hair cant miss her she has the fattest ass and head known to man she is such a mardy stuck up person who locks out small children and laughs whilst taking this action and you just think what she will do to her own son's and daughter's , she clearly needs help and fast.

This pub is very appualing and believe it or not a member of staff locked three kids out on the streets at around 1:10 in the morning. i know this because i was one of them (14 years) and my freind (14 years) but even also my little brother (7 years!), luckily enough my mum seen this action take place and supported us because we only whent out to check for the taxi but the blonde woman with the fat ass issue said she had grew tired of us running in and out even tho we whent out twice walking aswell!?. so i strongly advise u to keep away from this pub as the way they treet your children is bad just because we are in are teens we are picked out for silly things like this and make us look like we are hooligans.
